Dollar trades at lower 82-yen level early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded at the lower 82-yen level in Tokyo market Friday morning. At 9 a.m., the dollar fetched 82.10-19 yen compared with 82.07- 17 yen in New York and 82.19-20 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday. The euro was quoted at 1.2970-2973 dollars and 106.52-59 yen against 1.2974-2984 dollars and 106.53-63 yen in New York and 1. 2964-2965 dollars and 106.55-59 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon.
