Emirates Aluminium (EMAL) has joined the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Group (ADSG) in its efforts to integrate sustainability into the Emirate\'s economic and social development programmes. EMAL qualified as a member of the ADSG - established by the Environment Agency, Abu Dhabi, with the support of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi Emirate - through its commitment from inception to develop and implement core values that embed a culture of sustainability. Additionally, EMAL has integrated the key requirements of the Abu Dhabi 2030 Vision into its business strategies as a flagship proponent of the vision. From concept, design, construction and operation, EMAL has been committed to its core values of ?Safety, First Last and Always\'; ?Protection of the Environment\'; ?Investing in Today for Tomorrow\'; ?We respect Individuals, their Differences and value local culture\'; and ?Everything can be Improved\'. The same values are also deployed externally with stakeholders and partnerships, with priority consideration given to the community through open and transparent processes providing support and dialogue.
