Financial committee approves AIPU\'s 2013 budget

The financial and economic committee approved at the third session of the 19th Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union conference, convening here Wednesday, the AIPU's fiscal year of 2012, including its work plan and budget for the year 2013. The committee approved the AIPU's 2013 work plan which was mentioned in a memorandum by the general secretariat and USD 1.1 million budget for the year 2013. The meeting discussed a report presented by AIPU's Secretary General Noureddine Bouchkouj, tackling the rest of the committee's agenda. The floor, then, was opened for any inquiries or questions.
