This came during his meeting  with a number of sheikhs and notables of Bani Matar area led by Sana'a Governor Abdul-Ghani Jameel. He stressed that the republican regime ,the unity of Yemen and the implementation of the conclusions of the comprehensive national dialogue are red lines. The president touched on a number of issues related to the economy, youth, poverty and unemployment, expressing his great appreciation to Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz for his generous assistance of oil derivatives during the crisis. The president asserted that Yemen today is on the outskirts of the exit from the crisis once and for all and to address all the problems and files through translating the NDC's outcomes. He explained that the administrative supervision through the six regions and the creation of government components in each region is to serve the development process.
