
Hundreds of American, European and Asian energy firms are preparing to take part in the 10th International Energy Exhibition on Iran's Persian Gulf Kish Island in Southern Iran next week. More than 200 domestic and foreign companies from 20 countries, including the US, Russia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, will take part in the event to be held in Kish on January 13-16. The companies participating in the Kish exhibition are from the oil, gas and petrochemical industries and the power sector, including Iran’s Power Industry Syndicate, Association of Iran’s Oil Industry Equipment Manufacturers and Association of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Engineering and Contracting Companies. The 9th International Energy Exhibition was held on February 3-7, 2013 under the aegis of the Oil Ministry, Association of Iran's Oil Industry Equipment Manufactures, Association of Manufacturers of Iranian Industrial Equipment and Power Industry Syndicate. IOOC, Iran's Productivity Organization, Academic Jihad, Khatam ol Osia Headquarters, Mapna, Imam Khomeini petrochemical complex, Jam petrochemical complex and Kermanshah petrochemical complex were among the active participants of the event. Developing and expanding technologies and techniques, the chain of procurement and production in energy projects, a number of meetings with different themes and some specialized visits are also on the agenda.
