Japan\'s unemployment rate rose to 4.3 percent in February from 4.2 percent the previous month, according to governmental data released on Friday.The number of unemployed people dropped 120,000 to 2.77 million, the internal affairs ministry said in a preliminary report. The number of people with jobs rose 160,000 to 62.42 million, Xinhua reported.The unemployment rate worsened slightly for the first time in two months in February, staying at 4.6 percent for men, and for women increased from 3.8 percent in January to 3.9 percent.Separate data showed the nation\'s job availability was flat. The ratio of employment offers to seekers stayed at 0.85 in February.
