Jordan, US hold FTA, labour talks
Free Trade Agreement (FTA)

Jordan and US on Wednesday held talks on the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) signed between the two countries as well as amendments to Jordan's Labour Law and their impact on the agreement.
The two countries also discussed ways to fight child labour and steps taken by the Jordanian government to fight child labour among the Syrian refugees.
The two-day discussions were held between officials from the Ministry of Labour and the US Embassy in Amman.
