Undersecretary of Ministry of Labour, Sabah Salem Al-Dossari met with the labour counsellor at the Jordanian Embassy in Kingdom of Bahrain, Saeed Al-Jassar. Both sides reviewed strong relations bonding the two countries and ways to develop them, particularly the existing cooperation in the labour areas and developing human resources. Al-Doosari briefed the labour councellor on the kingdom’s efforts in the area of developing human resources, and its initiative in reforming labour market, and developing the labour legislation, as well as maintaining its efforts to preserve workers rights. For his part, Saeed Al-Jassar lauded Kingdom of Bahrain’s experiences and its ambitious projects on the level of developing human resources, ensuring proper working conditions, and preserving workers’ rights in accordance with the national laws, legislation and international working standards. Saeed Al-Jassar stressed the activation of the existing cooperation between the two countries in the framework of a memorandum of understanding that will be signed between ministries of labour in the two Kingdoms in future, to reinforce developing and rehabilitation of workforces and the renaissance of the two brotherly countries.
