Kurdish MP calls not to use the vote on the budget

An MP, of the Kurdistan Alliance, Vivian Dekhel called political blocs to: \"speed up the vote on the federal budget of 2013 and not to use it a pressure card among the blocs.\" She said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that \"some political blocs believe that they own the federal budget, and use it as a pressure card on its political partners, especially the Kurdistan region.\" She added: \"The Kurdistan region is a part of Iraq and the Kurds are part of the Iraqi people, and the Constitution stipulates to distribute the budget among Iraqis evenly.\" It is mentioned that the House of Representatives failed to vote on the federal budget for 2013 more than once and adjourned its last session on Monday until the Finance committee completes its amendments.
