Landlords can\'t afford taxes, let houses without fee

The Landlords in Greece began renting their possessions against their tax due without any extra cost, and the prices of houses fell..   The landlords are renting their houses and offices against their property taxes without any extra thanks to the ongoing economic crisis.   The rent fees in Greece fell by 10-30% in Athens; furthermore, one third of leaseholders could not pay the rent on time. In the downtown Athens, the rents and selling prices of houses dropped sharply; as sales also fell by nearly 50 %. On the other hand, the government is expected to implement the additional taxes and hoping to raise an extra 3.2 billion Euro from 5 million landlords by the end of this month.
