Latest round of RCEP negotiations end after active discussions

The latest round of negotiations for a regional free trade agreement, known as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), ended Friday in China after active discussions on all key elements of the free trade deal, the South Korean trade ministry said. "At the fourth round of negotiations, the participating countries continued their active discussions in areas of products, service and investment while also launching discussions on competition, intellectual property rights and economic cooperation," the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy said in a press release.
