Liechtenstein willing to share tax information

Liechtenstein may agree to an automatic exchange of tax-related information with the European Union, Prime Minister Adrian Hasler told the German business daily Handelsblatt in an interview on Monday. "As a small country, it would be unrealistic to say that we fundamentally refuse talks with the EU about an extended exchange of information," and "we are ready to talk," Hasler told the newspaper. But the prime minister insisted that such an information exchange would be subject to conditions. "An important question is, from our perspective, how a bridge to tax compliance can be built for our clients," he was quoted by the newspaper as saying.
