Al-Abbasi said: “This initiative is closely aligned with NBK’s values of corporate social responsibility and commitment towards giving back to the community. Through this drive, we hope to reach out to those in need and spread the holy spirit of Ramadan marked by generosity, sacrifice, patience and unity.” Al-Mulla of Qatar Charity said: “We are very happy to team up for another time with our long term partner NBK for their continuous commitment to support our banquets. Over the years, the NBK employees have set the example of a strong socially responsible citizenship by contributing their efforts and time to strengthening the goodwill in our community, which reflects greatly the conscious corporate culture within the company that has become an exemplar of philanthropy in Qatar.” As a socially responsible corporation, Nasser Bin Khaled has supported numerous diversified societal activities and community outreach programmes in addition to a wide number of Charity causes around Qatar. from gulf times.
