Sales of Hyundai, Kia in China up 35%

Combined sales of South Korea\'s top automaker Hyundai Motor Co. and its sister company Kia Motors Corp. jumped 35 percent in the first three months of this year from a year ago, Hyundai Motor said Wednesday. Beijing Hyundai Motor Co., a joint venture between Hyundai and Beijing Automotive Group, sold 260,716 vehicles in the world\'s largest auto market between January and March, up 41 percent from a year ago.
