
South Korean Ambassador to Egypt Young-Soo Kim praised Saturday the investment climate in Egypt, especially in Port Said.
Young's remarks came amid his visit to the Suez Canal's city of Port Said, where he met with governor Samah Qandil on boosting South Korean investments in the governorate and enhancing trade and social ties.
The ambassador hailed the economic climate in Port Said, stressed the governorate's security stability, unique position and infrastructure represented an attractive factors for domestic and international investors.
For his part, Qandil invited investors in South Korea to visit Egypt in general and Port Said in particular to get acquainted with investment potentials in the country.
Both Young and Qandil praised the strong ties between Egypt and South Korea in various fields.
