Thailand’s Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will arrive on a three-day visit in Pakistan Monday. The visiting princess is expected to discuss bilateral relations, economic ties and cooperation in the field of information technology during her meetings with President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Xinhua reported. ”The visit carries forward the long-standing tradition of royal visits from Thailand to Pakistan,” said a Pakistani foreign ministry statement. Though the foreign ministry statement did not reveal the visit’s duration, according to local media it is likely to last for three days.
