
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has estimated that Turkey\'s working-age population by 2050 will exceed current overall population of 30 European countries. According to the OECD, Turkey\'s population between the ages of 24 and 64 will increase by 10.5 million until 2050, resulting in a total figure higher than the current populations of 30 European countries such as Bulgaria, Denmark and Ireland. The highest increase will be in India with an increase of 309.1 million people to an estimated working-age population of 997.3 million in 2050. The US will be the second country with a total of 224.4 million. On the other hand, the OECD estimated that the working-age populations of 22 countries will decline in 37 years. China will have the highest decline with 89.2 million people.working age population.
