In a meeting with Saudi businessmen held in Jeddah today, the Uruguayan Foreign Minister Luis Almargo offered exporting a great deal of livestock, and red chilled or frozen meat to Saudi Arabia directly from his country upon Sharia law slaughtering traditions. Accompanied by the ambassador of his country to the Kingdom Carlos Mora and the official delegation, the Foreign Minister of Uruguay also invited Saudis for tourism in his country, citing recent infrastructural developments in the sector of tourism siphoning 5.5% of the NDP in 2013. He said he would like that red meat be sent to Saudi Arabia directly from his country without the current stopover in Jordan.
