Mitt Romney has time to attract voters in key states if he can put on another strong showing in Tuesday\'s presidential debate, a Republican governor predicted. Gov. Bob McDonnell of Virginia said Sunday the debate will be closely watched by voters who are looking for a candidate who will address their immediate concerns. \"People are going to say, who has got the uplifting vision that at the end of the day it\'s not just going to be rhetoric but how do I make life better for me, my family, whether it\'s my gas prices, my job,\" McDonnell said on NBC\'s \"Meet the Press.\" Former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm said Vice President Joe Biden was effective in making just such a pitch in hisdebate against Romney\'s running mate, Paul Ryan. \"When Joe Biden looked at the camera and said, who do you trust on these issues to fight for you? If people trust that ... person is going to go to bat for them, and I think the decision will be clearly in the president\'s favor,\" Granholm said.
