
Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim Ghandour announced that his country invited Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to attend the national dialogue conference slated for October 10 here.
Sudan invited also the presidents of Mauritania, Chad and Uganda as well as the Ethiopian premier, secretary generals of the Arab League and the African Union.
These remarks were made by Ghandour after meeting the Sudanese President Omar al Bashir to post him on the outcome of his participation in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) held in New York.
In statements on Sunday, the foreign minister underlined that the UN chief said that the international organization will participate in the conference.
Ghandour submitted to al Bashir a detailed report on the activities of the Sudanese delegation in the UNGA including its participation in the committees of Syria, Yemen and South Sudan.
