
Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour, accompanied by Minister of Social Development Reem Abu Hassan, visited on Tuesday the Mathabet Dar Al Iman orphanage in Wadi Al Seer District in Amman.
Ensour was briefed by director of the orphanage Ahmad Al Turk on the services provided to young children aged between five and 18 who are either orphans, or come from broken families and are victims of domestic violence.
The orphanage, which was established in 1993, aims to provide care and protection to children of various ages as well as health, educational and social and cultural services.
The minister of social development said child care centers provide all forms of services to children including food, clothing, accommodation, health and education.
