Kuwait environment authority officials discuss emergency plan

Officials of the Environment Public Authority\'s (EPA) technical departments held an extraordinary meeting Tuesday to discuss the situation in the Middle East. The officials reviewed EPA\'s preparations within th national emergency plan vis-a-vis deliberate radioactive and nuclear incidents, EPA said in a statement. EPA is mandated with following up, measuring and assessing pollution levels, and how to minimize use of contaminated food and water. The EPA officials also discussed preparations of the authority\'s to dealing with any emergencies.
