Abraj Misr plans to establish first smart residential project in Egypt

Abraj Misr announced that it will establish the first smart residential project in Egypt at total investments of 4.5 billion pounds.
It will be the first eco-friendly project and will be located in the heart of Cairo, the company said in a statement Monday.
With the mission to create an Iconic Building In Cairo, The Gate enjoys a very strategic location, on Al Nozha Street, Masr el Gedida neighborhood with large projects, said the statement, adding that the site also enjoys strong connections to Cairo Airport and main Cairo arteries.
The launch of the project before the economic conference, due in Sharm el Sheikh, send a positive message to Arab and foreign investors along with the Egyptians, said the company Chairman Aly Rabie.
The project will be finalized in 2018, he added.
