
Customers can now buy Qtel mobile devices and services at AG Comm stores across the country, under an “enhanced premium dealer partnership” signed between the telecom service provider and Argon Global. The agreement, which builds upon an existing channel partnership between Qtel and Argon Global, will bring a range of new communication services including mobile, Internet and SMB products to a wider range of customers, supported by Qtel’s “intense focus on more choice and great value.” Customers will also enjoy “competitive” prices on mobile handsets and devices at AG Comm stores, supported by a wide range of Qtel services, including the highly-popular Shahry Value and Mobile Internet packs. AG Comm sells new PDAs, mobile phones and accessories in some 17 stores, and plans to expand to 25 stories by 2012-end. AG Comm is also one of the country’s leading mobile phone repair companies, so customers can enjoy comprehensive service on all aspects of their mobile experience. Qtel’s partnership with AG Comm is a part of its strategy to support the commitments of the Qtel Customer Charter. One of the major promises of the charter is to make it easier for customers to access Qtel services, and receive full support whenever there are issues with their mobile and Internet services. The agreement with Argon Global increases the level of support for customers in Qatar. from gulf times.
