Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Al-Meera Consumer Goods Company Dr. Mohamed Nasser Al-Qutaifiya has announced that the company is working at full capacity for the completion of a workshop on building new complexes with the advent of the fourth quarter of 2014 to achieve a wider spread to the satisfaction of its customers and is intending, immediately after obtaining the required approvals and licenses from the competent authorities, to open 9 new branches.
In a press statement released by Al-Meera today, Dr. Al-Qahtani said the new branches will be opened in Al-Wakra, Al-Thumamah, Al-Wajbah, Muaither, Al-Aziziyah, Al-Zakhira, Al-Mereikh, and Jaryan Nijaimah. In addition a branch will be rented at the Gulf Mall and will open soon, Dr. Al-Qahtani said.
He added that the recent opening of a Al-Qutaifiya is a further evidence of the determination of Al-Meera to enhance the services, diversify consumer goods and provide a varying shopping experience in a spacious and convenient area with modern facilities to provide a 24/7 exclusive service in order to meet the needs of consumers at any time.
Al-Meera supermarket chain consist of 15 branches in Doha and 9 other branches in: Hyatt Plaza (Giant Hypermarket), Abu Nakhla, Beverly Hills, Garafat Al-Rayan, Al-Jumailiya, Azaghwa, Al-Murra, Al-Shahaniya and Al-Sailiya. 9 branches outside Doha are also distributed in all areas giving easy access to all residents everywhere: Al-Ghuwairiya, Al-Zakhira, Al-Shamal, Al-Kaaban, Al-Wakra and Sealine, in addition to 3 branches in two residential compounds.
