Ayla development company signs agreement with Asteco

Ayla Oasis Development Company (AODC), on Saturday signed a joint cooperation agreement with Asteco Property Management - Jordan.
Under the deal, Asteco will market and sell all housing units of Ayla's project in Aqaba.
Ayla's project is constructed on 432 hectares, with total investment up to JD1.5 billion, and includes residential amenities, beach resorts and recreational facilities and a variety of commercial and international hotels.
Sahel Dodin CEO of AODC said that Asteco has regional and local experience in the field of real estate management and has a proven track record and a distinctive results in real estate projects in Jordan and the Arabian Gulf.
He said the company's Jordan branch will receive the full technical and logistical support from the parent company's branch in Dubai to provide the best real estate services for Ayla project.
