Volkswagen's luxury car unit Audi and Chrysler, which has merged with Italy's Fiat, have committed "monopoly behaviour" in China, the country's regulator said Wednesday, vowing to punish them.
A spokesman for the National Development and Reform Commission also confirmed an investigation of Mercedes-Benz, according to a transcript of a press conference posted online, following a raid at a Mercedes office in Shanghai on Monday.
