Dubai Properties announces Maram Residence

Real estate developer, Dubai Properties (DP), has revealed details of its new luxury development, Maram Residence, offering a premium living experience in the heart of Dubai, with starting prices from Dh1.7 million.
The developer also announced that the contract awarding process has begun, with the piling and enabling contract being awarded to NSCC contracting company.
The developer in a press release said that Maram Residence will cater for the increased demand from regional and international investors looking for premium luxury residences in Dubai.
