Mobily honors high achievers among employees’ children

Mobily has honored the high achievers of its employees’ children who finished their elementary, intermediate and high-school.
This honoring was part of "we care" program, which includes many activities that cares for the employees throughout the year.
Faiez Awadh, chief HR officer at Mobily, honored the excellent students, in the presence of many other managers and students’ parents. “Continuous academic high achievement is very important and Mobily takes care not only of its employees but also their children,” he added.
Education is one of major hubs for development. Therefore, Mobily always urges its employees to keep developing their children because they are the real manpower investment which society will reap it. 
This honoring comes out of company’s care to seed the thanks culture as part of the general culture, Mobily stated, adding that it is also keen to innovate in improving work environment, especially that manpower is the corner stone to keep moving and achieving success.
