
Believing in the importance of training and development of its staff and capabilities in an effort to create a professional team, RedTag Bahrain organized a course in "Positive attitude" in collaboration with Leaders institute for training & development.
The course was attended by 16 employees from several branches based in Bahrain. And it addressed the definition of positive thinking, it’s importance in individual’s personal life and workplace, and ways to overcome barriers and obstacles, closing it with practical keys on creative ideas to gain confidence and positive attitude.
Commenting on this achievement, Ghalib Al-Oraibi, Managing Director of Leaders for Training & Development said 'We aspire to make Bahraini employees become more empowered and able to get things done with such courses that we provide, benefiting customer services and sales staff, increasing the expertise of Bahrainis engagement and productivity applied in accordance with the best practices all the way to raise the performance of private sector companies.'
On another note, 'Jason Cherian' Training & HR Manager at RedTag Bahrain expressed his happiness for the success of the objectives of this course, also pointed out that this course has been aimed at developing the skills of the sales team and provide them with all the concepts and principles that will raise employees' performance and increase positive behaviour in their daily life, either among themselves or with customers.
