SADAFCO board approves 97.5m Saudi riyal dividend

The board of directors of SADAFCO has approved a dividend distribution proposal made to its annual general assembly for the financial year ended March 31, 2013, amounting to SR 97.5 million, at SR 3 per share, which represents 30 percent of the capital, according to Tadawul website. The shareholders who are registered on the company\'s records with Tadawul on the closing date of the forthcoming general assembly meeting will be eligible for the dividend. The AGM date will be announced later after obtaining the required approvals from the concerned authorities, the company stated, adding that the distribution date will be determined after approval of the general assembly meeting.
