
UNEECO, Bahrain’s leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic communications and safety equipment, has confirmed its participation in the Gulf Industry Fair (GIF).
The annual industrial expo will take place from Feb. 7 to 9 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center.
Universal Electro-Engineering, known as UNEECO, is a Bahrain-based enterprise that specializes in medium voltage and low voltage electrical power protection. It also provides security system solutions, high-tech equipment and services.
Abdulrahman Juma, chairman of UNEECO, said: “The Gulf Industry Fair is a major asset to our company’s marketing platform. Its reputation is based on its commitment to highlighting Bahrain’s industrial achievements not only within the country but as exporters to international markets.”
V. Jayashankar, COO of UNEECO group, said: “We will display our exclusive range of electronic security and communication solutions at the fair by demonstrating the business and technology advantages of each system."
UNEECO is currently Bahrain’s representative for international brands such as Schneider Electric, The Saudi Transformers, Al-Ahleia Switchgear, Raychem, Socomec, Stahl, Cembre, El Measure, Eaton, L&T Switchgear, Rishabh, Danfoss, Fuji Electric and Sharp.
Jubran Abdulrahman, managing director of HCE, said: “The UNEECO Group of Companies plays a pivotal role in Bahrain’s industrial infrastructure."
He said: “The group’s presence underpins the “Made on Bahrain “and Made in the GCC” campaigns that we run to show the industrial manufacturing and service delivering capabilities in the GCC and Bahrain.”
The Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) is sponsoring the show in association with Aluminium Bahrain.
NAFFCO will support the Fire and Safety products sector of the event.
Supporting organizations for GIF 2017 include AHK Saudi Arabia, the German Saudi Arabian Liaison for Economic Affairs, the Saudi British Economic Offset Program and the Bahrain Industrial Association.
