The Global Masters programme is a very innovative way that Vodafone Qatar can benefit from the vast experience we have within Vodafone globally for the development of our people in Qatar. I was impressed by the quality of the diverse group of Vodafone leaders attending the session. This was the first Global Masters programme and I know my colleagues from around the world will similarly enjoy sharing their expertise with Vodafone Qatar.” Schellekens leaders with his personal leadership journey, sharing the lessons he learnt along the way and offering his perspective on what makes great leadership. “We were delighted to launch this innovative prorgamme in Qatar where we can learn from leaders who are truly subject matter experts in their field.
