FNC\'s committee calls on public to send suggestions on labour market policy

Salem Mohammed Al Amri, Chairman of the Federal National Council's Committee on Health, Labour and Social Affairs, has urged Emirati nationals to send their suggestions on the labour market regulations to info@almajlis.gov.ae. He said the committee is discussion the local market regulations as part of its debate on the ministry of labour policy. ''Given the challenges facing the local labour market, the committee has decided to solicit public and expert feedback to incorporate them and other recommendations on its report on the labour policy,'' he said, adding that a discussion circle on labour issues would be held next February in Al Ain. As part of action plan, he added, the committee would also undertake field visits to listen directly from members of the public on the issue.
