Minister of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of Board of Directors of Industrial Cities and Technological Zones Authority, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has inaugurated a number of factories in the Industrial City in Kharj. In a press statement issued today, the Authority said that Dr. Al-Rabiah inaugurated during his visit a number of factories for producing plastic and thermal pipes, resins, and oil recycling. For his part, the Authority’s Acting Director General, Eng. Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheed pointed in a similar statement to the completion of the first phase of development of Kharj Industrial City on an area of 7.5 million square meters with a governmental investment amounted to SR 522 million, in addition to allocation of land for 84 factories.
