Benghazi - Tap

"the reconstruction of east Libya requires, in the next months, 150 000 Tunisian skilled and non-skilled workers," said Mr. Salah Mabrouk Laâbidi, Chairman of the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Benghazi. "When recruiting foreign labour, the priority will be given to Tunisia, the country which strongly supported the Libyan revolution, " he added at the signing ceremony of a co-operation agreement concluded with the Confederation of Citizen Enterprises of Tunisia (CONECT) on the occasion of a visit a delegation of Tunisian businessmen is paying in Benghazi on December 18-20. The agreement was signed, on Sunday in Benghazi, with attendance of about 70 Tunisian businessmen and over 100 Libyan businessmen as well as some officials of the two countries. The aim of the agreement is to ease and develop co-operation in the fields of trade, economy and investment between Tunisia and Libya.
