Aldar to provide housing to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi employees

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi has signed a deal with Aldar Properties on a deal to lease 607 apartments for hospital employee accommodation.
The units designated for the hospital, scheduled to open next year, are located in Gate Towers on Al Reem Island and Al Rayyana development in Khalifa City, Aldar said on Sunday.
Al Rayyana comprises 1,537 apartments in 33 low-rise residential buildings, while Gate Towers, in Shams Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island, comprises 3,533 units.
Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island is developed by Mubadala Development Company and the Cleveland Clinic, a US hospital.
The Abu Dhabi location is to encompass five clinic floors, three diagnostic and treatment levels, and 13 floors of critical and acute in-patient units, with 364 total beds.
