
Visiting Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab discussed Tuesday with Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of Airbus Group Marwan Lahoud a proposal on establishing an Airbus training center in Egypt, having experts in the field.
During the meeting, Lahoud said the company is looking forward to further cooperation with Egypt, noting that Airbus has several projects there.
Meanwhile, the aviation minister - who attended the meeting along with the trade minister - said EgyptAir company is upgrading its fleet and is mulling a proposal filed by Airbus within this context.
He noted that the two companies cooperate in various domains.
