Qatar Bourse firms' combined profit up 2.5% to 21.35bn Qatari riyal

The combined net profit of 42 companies listed on Qatar Stock Exchange has increased by 2.5% to QR 21.35 Billion for the first half period ended June 30.
The combined net profit for the corresponding period in 2013 was QR 20.83 Billion, a Qatar Exchange bulletin said Sunday.
There are 43 listed companies on Qatar Stock Exchange. Vodafone Qatar's results are not included in the combined H1 profits since its financial year starts on April 1 and ends on March 31 every year.
