
Saudi Kiyan Company and Arabian Petrochemical Company \'Petrokemya\' owned by Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a polyethylene plant \'UHMWPE\'\' at Kiyan complex in Industrial Jubail, reported the Saudi official news agency (SPA). Kiyan Company said in a press statement today that the annual production capacity of the plant reaches 35,000 tons and the two partners will pay equally the costs of the plant which is expected to operate in the second half of 2014.
